The seamless pipe hydrostatic testing machine is designed for hydrostatic pressure testing of seamless steel pipes used in demanding pressure and fluid-service applications.
The equipment fills each pipe with water and applies controlled internal pressure for the specified test period. Marley Machinery designs the pressure system, sealing arrangement, testing stations and handling system according to the actual seamless pipe specifications.
There is no single standard machine configuration. The equipment is engineered according to pipe diameter, wall thickness, pipe length, test pressure, holding time and required production capacity.
